KIDS FIELD TRIP AT HOME

When the school teacher from Dominic's old school in Cagayan de Oro City contacted me back then when he was still studying there to ask me if it would be okay with me to teach the kids how to bake some cookies for their activity week, I gladly said yes. It was hard to teach in school because there was no oven and other necessary materials, so we just did it at my home kitchen. I wanted the kids to have more fun like measuring the ingredients, getting their hands dirty, you know, actual fun. Seeing and waiting for the cookies to bake is such a pleasure. It's also fun for kids to have field trips, right? 

Good thing that the school is just 5 minutes away (or even less) from the house and the village security is really good so all the parents, according to the teachers, said yes to a field trip at my house. They spent the entire morning at my house.

I taught them how to blog and showed them my old website. I also shared some wise words about how to live life to the fullest. We also had a question and answer portion wherein they asked me randomly about anything. Good thing I was able to answer them all. Haha!

Baked some Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies (I wasn't Vegan yet during this time) and made them do actual juicing.

We all had a great time! Thank you, kiddos! Made me really happy... =)

All smiles! We ate a lot of the cookies that we baked and the kids wanted to eat them all but I told them to leave some to bring home. They had 2 cookies each to share with their dads and moms so that they could also taste a piece of the fun we had that morning.

When I was a kid, I used to enroll in baking and cooking classes. I loved it when they made us (the students) measure the ingredients. It's always fun! 

I love teaching kids. I remember when the Angel Card Reader told me before about this one card that I got saying that I'm good in teaching children. I guess, she's right.

Don't worry, they all washed their hands before doing this. Haha.

I was so happy that they all actively participated. I know that they had fun because when the teacher told them that it's time to go back in school, most of them said, "...ahhhh?!" They all said Thank you and they said that they want to come back for more! So happy!
